Challenge - Jump Rope!

Our new 30-day challenge is 100 minutes of jump rope! Here's how it works:

Day 1: 2 minute test - count your reps and write it down.

Day 2-29: Do 100 minutes of jump rope total. Break it up into 5-minute or 10-minute workouts to complete over the course of the month. Focus on practicing and perfecting your form, and on feeling relaxed.

Day 30: 2 minute test - count your reps and see how far you've come!
